We do not use Google User Data to serve advertisements or retargeting ads.
5. Website Analytics and Advertising Cookies
MoveHOU uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel only after a visitor chooses Allow in the cookie notice. These tools help us measure page visits, landing-page engagement, form starts, successful form submissions, and appointment-related clicks. MoveHOU does not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, financial details, or documents to these tools.
You may decline without losing access to the website. Your choice is stored for up to one year. Use the Cookie preferences control on the website to review or change your choice. Google and Meta may process device, browser, page, and campaign information under their own privacy policies when consent is granted.
6. SMS Privacy and Consent
By providing your phone number on MoveHOU.com, including through a Schedule a Showing or Contact Us form, and opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications regarding new listing alerts, price drops, appointment reminders, tour confirmations, and critical transaction deadline reminders.
Privacy Note: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
7. Email Marketing, Consent, and Preferences
Move Houston sends marketing email only to recipients in the United States who affirmatively subscribe to the specific email topic they want to receive. We do not use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended, assumed-consent, or uncertain lists. Consent to marketing email is optional and is not a condition of receiving brokerage services.
Every marketing email includes a preference link and unsubscribe controls. Unsubscribe requests are enforced promptly through an append-only suppression record and take precedence over prior consent. A recipient who later wishes to subscribe again must take a new affirmative action or provide separately recorded consent evidence.
Verified provider webhook bodies may be retained for up to 30 days for security, delivery, and reconciliation. Normalized consent, suppression, delivery, and audit evidence may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to prove compliance, prevent repeat delivery after an unsubscribe, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Inbound email attachments are not available through the pilot; only quarantined attachment metadata may be retained.
